How to return old school taskbar view in Windows 10

If you don't like the modern style of Windows 10 taskbar, you can make it more similar to the taskbar in the earlier versions of Windows.
2. On the Taskbar tab check Use small taskbar buttons.
3. From the Taskbar buttons dropdown menu select Never combine or Combine when taskbar is full as shown above.
4. Click on the OK button to save changes and close the Taskbar Properties window.
Restore the default appearance
1. Open the taskbar properties.
2. Clear the Use small taskbar buttons checkbox.
3. From the Taskbar buttons dropdown menu select Always combine, hide labels.
4. Click OK.
