Quick launch in Windows 10
4/19/2015
The Quick Launch toolbar is missing on Windows 10 taskbar, but this problem can be solved.
1. Right-click on the taskbar.
2. In the displayed menu uncheck Lock the taskbar, point to Toolbars, and then click New Toolbar.
3. In the opened window type the following text into the Folder field:
%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
4. Click Select Folder.
5. Right-click on the appeared Quick Launch toolbar and uncheck the Show Text and Show title options to see only the shortcuts.
6. Drag the Quick Launch toolbar to the left, using the left mouse button (don't give up if you failed on the first try).
7. Right-click on the taskbar once again and click Lock the taskbar.
